• Rijeka Branch Opatija branch Crikvenica branch Mali Lošinj branch Cleaning service of health facilities and associated offices and environment, by groups (G1-G4) The subject of procurement includes regular and periodic cleaning of business premises and inventory based on the expressed needs of the Client, and in accordance with the technical specification, instructions for accessories and cleaning products, the cleaning process and other conditions specified in the documentation. Cleaning is the process of removing dirt, dust, organic substances and other stains on the floor, equipment and furniture, doors, walls and glass surfaces with the aim of achieving a satisfactory standard of cleanliness, by applying and combining different cleaning techniques. Depending on the area to be cleaned, the bidder is obliged accordingly according to the rules of the profession, apply the cleaning agent and technique that corresponds to that surface, taking care not to damage the surface and/or the cleaning object. Since the cleaning of large areas is done with a cleaning machine, the tenderer's employees must be trained to handle the same. The bidder undertakes: • introduce employees to the job in such a way as to familiarize them with the space at the customer's location that they will be cleaning, the needs and specifics of the location, etc., • organize and assign employees to all addresses location, • acquaint the employees with the Instructions and the Cleaning Procedure (how to dose cleaning agents, cleaning methods and techniques that must be applied to different surfaces), • provide accounts...
