- The subject of the public procurement procedure is the equipment for the central sterilization that is divided into 3 groups of procurement for the needs of Čakovec County Hospital, Department central operating block.
Groups of the Procurement of "Central sterilization equipment" are as follows:
Group 1: Transient plasma sterilizer
Group2: Sterilizers, strollers, racks and washing machines
Group 3: Foil welding device
All offered equipment must be fully in accordance with costs and prescribed technical specifications and all other conditions prescribed by this procurement documentation. Bidders are required to offer completely functional,New, unused and undamaged equipment with the costs of supply, delivery, installation, installation, testing and commissioning, staff training and use on the order of the customer and other dependent costs.
The course of purchase must be made in accordance with the Law on HealthProtect, the Law of Medical Products and other associated legal and sub-legal regulations that are bound and applicable to the subject of this procurement procedure.
