The purchase item is to upgrade Call Manager to a new and higher version that will enable the operation of existing equipment, add new devices, increase security, and enable the configurations of new functionalities needed in the daily work of corporate telephony customsadministration. In addition to the system upgrade, the subject of procurement is the extension of the validity of all the necessary licenses for the correct functioning of the system that includes 1690 Enhanced licenses and 150 Access Licenses for one (1) year.integration with spare communication location. 2. - A cost -effective part of the procurement documentation.
