Buying fresh meat for catering and trade according to the cost specification for each group. The offered goods must be corresponding to all the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU by quality and health correctness and meet the required provisions - the terms of the procurement documentation.
Submitted freshMeat should not be subjected to any other canning process except cooling. The same must be delivered within 48 hours of slaughter since it is a high risk food.products.
