• Construction project - The project of mechanical resistance and stability of the structure was made in 2023. The project includes the construction of a temporary structure "Bukobran" on the northern side of the land, approximately 200m long, i.e. along Lovinčićeva Street and Ferenščica VII Street, Zagreb, for the purpose of protecting tenants from noise in the direct vicinity of the Veletržnica building and the cold store. The investor's interest is to reduce the noise in question to the legally prescribed level, in accordance with the Decision of the State Inspectorate, Sanitary Inspection Service CLASS:UP/I-540-02/21-02/1872, URBROJ:443-02-05-03-23-18 of January 25, 2023.
