- The concept of bulky waste defined by the Law on Waste Management (Official Gazette 84/21, 142/23) is a waste object or substance that, due to its volume and/or mass, is inappropriate to collect as part of the mixed municipal waste collection service and is marked in the Waste Catalog as 20 03 07. A non-exhaustive list of substances and objects that are considered bulky waste is provided in Appendix II. of the Ordinance on waste management (Official Gazette 106/22, 138/24). The subject of procurement is the collection, transportation and disposal of bulky municipal waste, which refers to: - loading, transportation and disposal of bulky municipal waste Procedure and responsibilities The responsibility of the owner of the waste - the Customer for the waste that is the subject of this procedure ends at the moment of handover and collection of bulky waste by an authorized person Bidder, that is, after the person authorized to take over the waste in the manner prescribed by the Waste Management Act (Official Gazette 84/21) takes over the shipment of waste and confirms it by notarizing the accompanying sheet. The client or owner of bulky waste that has been prepared for disposal is obliged to submit the ePL-O through the e-ONTO system to the business entity that performs waste management activities (the Bidder) according to the Law, and is responsible for the accuracy of the data on waste specified in the accompanying sheet. Weighing the waste will be to be performed on moderate vehicle scales (50 t) at the collection sites of bulky municipal waste.
