• Arrangement and equipment of the park Digital solutions The subject of the procurement is the procurement of landscaping works for the park in Šil in the area of the Dobrinj Municipality, along with the procurement, assembly and implementation of the associated equipment to full functionality. The subject of procurement is divided into two (2) groups, as follows: - Group 1: Arrangement and equipment of the park and - Group 2: Digital solutions. The subject of procurement was co-financed as part of the EU project "Renovation of parks in Šilo - IP.3.2.30.0001", which is implemented as part of the Integrated Territorial Program 2021-2027 For the purposes of the procurement procedure, the Master Project from 2023 was created, the author of which is M.Sc. sc. Zrinka Brajan, B.Sc. ing. agr. The main project in question forms Annex 1 to this Procurement Documentation. Detailed description and scope of the procurement subject, depending on group of items of procurement, is determined by the previously mentioned design and technical documentation, as well as the corresponding Cost List for the item of procurement. NOTE 1: Acknowledging the fact that the public procurement procedure includes the execution of landscaping works, as well as procurement, assembly and implementation of the associated equipment, as well as the importance of the project for the Client's local community, the public procurement procedure in question is carried out according to the rules of high value, in order for the Client to ensure a high level of transparency, efficiency and economy of the public procurement procedure.
