The subject of this procurement procedure is the service of analysis, design, implementation, data migration, testing, education and commissioning of the upgraded version of the CN Riznica information system on the Odoo Enterprise 18 platform, while ensuring functional equivalence in relation to the existing Odoo Community 12 production system in the contracted scope, including the acquisition of licenses for the use of the Odoo Enterprise 18 platform. The subject of procurement includes the creation of AS-IS inventory and TO-BE design, configuration and development necessary adjustments, data migration, integration with existing internal and external systems, user testing, user education and production commissioning.
