• Acquisition of IT system and equipment for digitization of archival material The procurement of IT systems (platforms) and equipment for the digitization of business processes and archival material includes the preparation and implementation of the procedure for the public procurement of the IT system and its implementation in the working environment of KBC Split. The description of the procurement item is elaborated in detail in the document Kl.888_25 Project assignment, which is an attachment to this Procurement Documentation. Acquisition of IT system and equipment for digitization of archival material includes the preparation and implementation of the procedure for public procurement of the IT system and its implementation in the working environment of KBC Split, as well as the necessary equipment for the digitization of business processes and the digitization of archival material. Digitization of archival materials and data permanent, secure and fast storage of administrative documentation will be enabled. The need for physical space and storage costs is reduced, and it ensures long-term preservation and protection of data from loss or damage. By introducing a system of electronic of signatures will enable legally valid, secure and efficient electronic signing of documents. Digitization of business processes will enable greater work efficiency and data security within the hospital through automation, standardization and transparency process.
