- Accident and liability insurance services The subject of procurement are accident and liability insurance services in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities specified in the Insurance Terms (Technical Specifications), the Table for determining the percentage of permanent disability as a result of an accident (accident) and the Cost List of this Procurement Documentation. PROCEDURE DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE The client informs all interested business entities that all individual orders for insurance that they will issue during the duration of the public procurement contract concluded on the basis of this procedure, to be delivered to the selected bidder via CENTAR BROKER d.o.o. for brokerage business in insurance and reinsurance, Ivana Cankara 21, 10 000 Zagreb, OIB: 14606638581, (hereinafter: Broker), as its authorized insurance broker, in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Act (Official Gazette No. 30/15, 112/18, 63/20, 133/20, 151/22, 152/24, 151/25). CENTAR BROKER d.o.o. is an exclusive company for whole-time insurance brokerage duration of the public procurement contract and all possible extensions, cover sheets, etc. This circumstance represents an essential condition of the contract. On the basis of this authorization, the Broker is obliged to perform all the tasks specified in the Insurance Act as obligations of the broker in insurance, and in particular perform the following tasks: - protect the interests of the Client as principal, - make an appropriate risk analysis and appropriate coverage principles, - inform the insurance company about the order...
